"Holzhammermethode" - managed to rescue data off a failing NVMe in my server with a massive hammer (it helped to cool it to allow getting the data off the drive) 😀
Say what you will about #amazon, but they figured out how to do e-shopping fit for the current century.
On the other hand, you have stuff like the Austrian Postal Service or #Hofer (#aldi). I ordered stuff at those two and neither of them had any process in place to inform a customer about expected delivery times or dates. Neither of them offer a "Your Orders" overview. All I currently know, is that my order (as well as the money from my bank account) was received. That's it. It's been 4 days.
